Our team will help you choose the right game, plan and competitive path. These are the questions we hear most often from new families.
Does my child need competitive experience?
No. We place players based on age, game experience, goals and team fit. Some players join ready for high-level competition; others begin by learning structured team play.
What happens during weekly practice?
Practices combine mechanics, strategy, communication, review and team-based development. Coaches create structure and accountability while keeping the environment positive.
Can players compete in more than one game?
Yes. The Pro+ plan is designed for multi-game competitive players, while Basic and Pro focus on a single primary title.
We don't live nearby, is this for local kids only?
No, most of our kids are scattered across the country. Our weekly practices and competitions are held virtually. We do monthly meetups and exciting experiences but none of those are mandatory.
Our gamer said that they need a gaming PC?
No, don't let your gamer become a computer salesperson! There are use cases where a gaming PC would be required, but overwhelming majority of the time whatever console or machine they have been using will continue to be just fine. However, if they are one of the top 1% we have partnerships with gaming PC manufacturers that will be able to assist our families.
Is there a way we can see if this is something our gamer would enjoy before we commit?
Yes, we can't stress enough how no-pressure we are here. We want all of our families and potential recruits to have a thorough understanding of what the culture and life is like here. That's why we always offer a free practice session for them to participate in one of the scheduled practices that week, meet the coach, and meet the team to see if it's something they are connecting with. If it is, we can proceed with the next steps, but if not - we still got to meet a cool kid either way!
How do the scholarship opportunities work?
With our extensive network of over 400 universities coupled with our platinum partnership with Stay Plugged In, our gamers have the highest visibility for prospective programs. Opportunities vary by title and academic eligibility
