Opt-in method

Recipients opt in through the website program information form at https://www.xplfranklin.com/#contact. The form includes a phone number field and an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox immediately before submission. The form can be submitted without consenting to SMS messages.

Message types

SMS messages may include requested program information, responses to family inquiries, tryout scheduling, tournament/event logistics, practice schedules or cancellations, registration support, and important XP League Franklin / XP League STORM program updates.

Opt-out and help

Recipients can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Recipients can reply HELP for help, email [email protected], or call (615) 592-0899.
